Estimated Length: 14 months Paid weekly hours per week 37.50 *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (IN-PERSON INTERVIEW) Critical Key Requirements Ability to create and update documentation Background in Identity Management tools such as SailPoint, Active Directory as well as IT provisioning process is required Create and update process diagrams Facilitate discussion on requirements and use cases Elicit and develop requirements documents Understand the development of test case from use case and requirements Qualifications Experience & Education The consultant is required to have 10 years’ experience with Business Analysis or Testing. Experience interfacing with various internal IT and Business teams and external vendors. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Experience with Project time, cost and resource estimation along with budget tracking. Experience interviewing various levels of functional, technical and manager applicants. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detailed understanding of, and experience with, ITIL processes Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint version 2010 or higher Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for flow charts/process flows version 2010 or higher Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Strong analytical and problem- solving skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment; a self-starter Responsibilities** Creating and maintaining To-Be documentation. Data Flow diagrams and process diagrams. Development of use cases and Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams for these use cases.
