Estimated Length: 12 months Full-Time 8:30am-5:00pm Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements 84 Months of Experience in business analysis conducting business requirements elicitation, validation, and analysis 84 Months of Experience in developing functional, non-functional requirements and technical specifications 84 Months of Experience in business analysis coordinating and facilitating end user testing and drafting test scripts 12 months of experience in business analysis using Agile or iterative waterfall methodologies 12 months experience with technology delivery for human/social services applicants and recipients. Responsibilities Liaise with stakeholders to define functional, non-functional and technical specifications and resolve issues before implementation; Work directly with and serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams; Gather, synthesize, and document business requirements; Collect, document, map, and analyze business process and system dependencies; Review vendor developed deliverables (e.g., requirements traceability matrices, functional design documents) and provide feedback to approvers; Assist in quality assurance and support testing of new functionality; Other duties as assigned
