Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:00am – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday) Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements Minimum of 84 months experience eliciting/extracting detailed business requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts. Minimum of 84 months experience in obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases, process models, workflows, creating screen mock ups, report mock ups, and technical documents with attention to detail. Minimum of 60 months experience developing/maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing those tests, validating test results, and logging/tracking related defects. Minimum of 24 months experience with automated testing or experience using HP Quality Center. Minimum of 24 months experience designing user interfaces using tools such as Balsamiq or equivalent. Responsibilities Work with end users to review/analyze existing workflows, reports and documentation. Participate in business user and stakeholder meetings for requirements gathering sessions. Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive use cases which will also contain requirements. All documents will be done according to the client's standards. Analysis of what statistical reports will be needed, document the requirements and design the reports Participate in Data analysis for data mapping of the DCJS Missing Person system. Participate in the development and updating of Test cases/scripts utilizing Quality Center Execute tests and record results using Quality Center. This will also include recording and tracking of defects. Interact with the client's staff, business users and stakeholders as necessary to determine and implement functional and technical requirements Participate in status meetings and provide weekly reports. Provide knowledge transfer to state staff in order to implement and support the system. Work closely with the project manager and functional manager to ensure timely deliverables.
