Estimated Assignment Length: Open Ended Position: Sourcing / Procurement Job Description: Responsible for the achieving the Sourcing Derpartment goals and objectives through the compliant execution of sourcing policies and procedures, facilitation and participation in cross functional sourcing initiatives, and application of total lowest life cycle cost principles to purchases within their area of responsibility. Create RFP / RFI, evaluate responses, engage stakeholders and vendor negotiation Actively manages the supply base, identifies opportunities for improvement, and recommends and implements courses of action to achieve sustainable cost reductions and performance improvements. Provide critical operational support aligned with Sourcing's strategic vision and direction. Skills 2+ years experience sourcing Professional Services and/or IT Software Functional understanding, awareness and application of Supply Chain, Sourcing, Contracts and Supplier Management fundamentals in a Procurement environment. Ability to lead and support execution of procurement strategies with suppliers including on-going negotiations, key supply chain metrics improvement and day-to-day support of efficient supply chain operations.
