Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8 am – 5 pm All work to be on-site, no telecommuting. Mandatory Requirements Senior – (60-84 months) Desired Requirements 72+ months of experience leading/a managing a team of 6-8 staff through the system development lifecycle, including technical solutioning, mentoring junior staff and troubleshooting technical issues. 60+ months of experience developing web-based business solutions with a client-side responsive design, web services layer and SQL server/Oracle back end databases 48+ Months of experience developing business solutions that feature integrated ESRI GIS components/webservices. 48+ months of experience with project management fundamentals and communication of status and issues Responsibilities The position will be a senior Technical Lead on the Water Quality project. As the technical lead, this position will direct activities of the development team and interface with the project manager on status and technical issues. This position will determine the architectural components of the solution along with the client's CTO Engineering Team. The development team will utilize an Agile SCRUM methodology in development.
