Estimated Length: 24 months 35 hrs. per week *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (IN-PERSON INTERVIEW) Mandatory Requirements Expert (84+ Months) Desired Requirements 84+ months of experience in Wireless LAN implementation, integration and support processes using multiple vendor platforms including Aruba Networks and Cisco 24+ months of experience troubleshooting wireless device connectivity and access issues across a wide range of operating systems 24+ months of experience with Wireless clients (end user Wi-Fi devices) configuration and troubleshooting 60+ months of experience providing technical support and interaction with technology end-users 24+ months of experience in all of the following: visual design, creating storyboards for self-directed online training, writing instructional text, audio scripts/video script using Microsoft Office or Office365 60+ months of experience designing, creating and delivering presentations, short videos, and training materials in a variety of media formats (i.e print, multimedia, Web, instructor-led, self-paced, and online) using Microsoft PowerPoint and Prezi 60+ months of experience providing technical training and professional development to end-users such as teachers or other adults 36+ months of experience designing technical training, professional development materials, including participant-guides, eLearning content, in a corporate setting Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications from an accredited college Responsibilities** The Wireless Access Management (WAM) Engineer will perform the following duties and responsibilities: Work with the deployment integrator to resolve technical issues related to wireless access management installations and escalations. Ensure each site has a smooth transition to wireless access management services Train designated site staff wireless access management services, policies and basic troubleshooting
