Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8-hour work days between the hours of 8 am and 6pm. Mandatory Requirements Expert 84 + Months Desired Requirements 84 months Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain complex applications in C# and/or ASP.NET for n-tier web deployment. 84 months Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets. 84 months Demonstrated experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc., including the use of a tool to write and test SQL code and manipulate data (such as SQL Developer). 84 Months Demonstrated experience developing complex reporting in Crystal Reports. 84 months Demonstrated experience with clinical applications as well as PII and PHI Information. 72 Months Demonstrated experience using Visual Basic 6 to develop/maintain complex applications, for N-Tier web deployment. 48 months Demonstrated experience developing applications to produce and consume ADT transactions using the HL7 specifications. 48 months Demonstrated experience developing Electronic Prescribing Applications. Responsibilities Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or higher and write code using VB6, .Net, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML and WCF. Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issue on application reports using Crystal Reports. Use a source code repository, such as Tortoise SVN or Visual SVN, or TFS for checking source code in and out, and branching off new versions of the source code. Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other client groups. Coordinate service requests with client's various Chief Operating Office personnel for releases and changes for the application. Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis. Report to the supervisor of current tasks and outstanding issues.
