Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ hands-on implementation experience
- Implementing Compliance Manager and Lifecycle Manager processes
- Working with building custom workflows
- Hands-on experience with the SSB and SSF
- Strong customer satisfaction skills in a technical environment.
- Understanding of IT systems and technology platforms.
- Good Communication skills and ability to work on their own or within a team.
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with all levels of staff and leadership.
- Self-starter, fast learner and flexible to support new technologies, as well as legacy applications.
- Demonstrated mastery of documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio; Adobe Acrobat; a graphics editing package such as Photoshop, etc.).
- Understanding of Windows and UNIX environments: Windows Server 2003 and above Linux: Red Hat Enterprise
- Programming languages: Java, JSP / Servlets, Batch, UNIX Shell Script, Perl, Beanshell, HTML, XML, XSL, and SQL.
- Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL, DB2 and MySql
- Web Servers: Apache Tomcat, Apache, WebSphere, JBoss
- Protocols: TCP/IP, Ethernet, FTP, SSH, DNS
- Infrastructure Components: Firewalls, Load Balancers, etc.
- High-level Understanding of Web services architectures: SOAP and RESTful web services.
- High-level Understanding of software development principles, design patterns and Test Driven Development
- Good technical skills across a variety of technologies such as databases, LDAP and directory services, and application servers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document installation instructions, and other system-related information.
- Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture.
- Collaborate with architects to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components.
- Implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions within a customer environment based on requirements gathered by fellow team members.
- Monitor system operation to detect potential problems.
