Estimated Length: 24 months 37.5 Hours Weekly Mandatory Requirements Expert- 84 + Months of experience Desired Requirements 84+ Months of experience in the field of Desktop Engineering 84+ Months of experience with Windows 7/10 upgrade and rollout 84+ Months of experience in technical approaches of design, build test and debugging problems 84+ Months of experience in Active Directory group policy 84+ Months of experience in Windows 10 image deployment and package creating/management 84+ Months of experience in PowerShell scripting language 84+ Months of experience in client based security management tools including anti-virus, HDD encryption and general client based security hardening 84+ Months of experience networking concepts (DHCP, VLANs, ACLs, Firewalls etc. 84+ Months of experience troubleshooting and support for VPN and two factor authentication 84+ Months of experience in cybersecurity best practices and compliance 84+ Months of experience with Intel workstation hardware 84+ Months of experience in mobile device management solution 84+ Months of experience in engineering research, analysis, planning and implementation Certification relevant to MS Windows 84+ months of experience in strong analytical and problem-solving skills 84+ of experience handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities Responsibilities Work with Development teams, project management teams, and other IT teams to deliver the best Windows 10 experience. Provide expert recommendations on Windows 10 upgrade and rollout issues for Desktop and Support teams. Perform system software and hardware upgrades and patches; including planning, testing, scheduling, coordination and deployment.
