Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements Minimum 84 months performing Systems Design, Development or Architecture on Large-scale projects as a Web Services, SOA expert utilizing J2EE for MVC applications Minimum of 24 months experience interfacing or architecting applications with the product named Akana. ( https://www.akana.com/ ) Minimum of 24 months experience architecting, integrating or developing business rules for computer systems using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA). http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/apps-tech/policy-automation/overview/index.html Minimum 24 Months experience of architecting, designing or developing applications using Oracle Service Cloud version 2012-current (formally known as RightNow). https://cloud.oracle.com/en_US/opc/service-cloud http://www.oracle.com/us/products/applications/rightnow/overview/index.html Minimum 24 months experience with X509 certificates and Microsoft Active Directory. Minimum 12 months experience integrating with Accela systems. https://www.accela.com/ Minimum of 12 months of InQuisient, (formerly Enterprise Elements), product experience. http://www.inquisient.com/ Minimum 12 months experience with HP Service Center or ServiceNow for COTS product integration. Master’s Degree in Computer Science Responsibilities Lead technical architect for NYBE projects & systems while understand project goals and objectives. Be a technical expert who will design & implement IT solutions Work with business analysts to understand business requirements. Work with the Development team to understand the technical requirements. Manage the system build with the client's engineering. Including designing and architecting the technical solution, completing the system ‘Bill of Materials’ and ensuring that the solution will work within the client's policies. Perform hands on coding and system support as required Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Create documentation and share knowledge with team members.
