Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8 hours, work is generally performed between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. On-site work is required (i.e., no telecommuting is allowed). Mandatory Requirements Expert [84+ Months] Desired Requirements 84 Months experience managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Oracle database servers 84 Months experience managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL servers and server clusters 84 Months experience using PL SQL to create complex stored procedures and or scripts 60 Months experience designing, modifying and creating relational databases, database tables, indexes and views. 48 Months experience managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Oracle Forms and Reports servers 48 Months managing database access controls 12 Months experience supporting MS SQL Always on availability groups 12 Months experience working with database encryption technologies Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or information technology. Responsibilities Administer Oracle Database (11g) servers including executing and verifying routine management jobs such as regular backups and applying patches, updates and upgrades to newer versions. Administer Oracle Forms and Reports version 10 including executing routine management including executing and verifying routine management jobs such as regular backups and applying patches, updates and upgrades to newer versions. Administer Microsoft SQL servers and server clusters including executing and verifying routine management jobs such as regular backups and applying patches, updates and upgrades to newer versions. Troubleshoot operational and performance issues on Oracle Database, Oracle Forms and Reports and Microsoft SQL servers. Work with application developers to create or update PL-SQL code used within existing applications and to migrate date from Oracle to Microsoft SQL Server (MS/SQL).
