Desired Requirements

• Minimum 60 months experience performing business, systems and data analysis for Mid to Large-scale IT projects: developing requirements and specifications according to standard templates; performing business process analysis; facilitating meetings with users to identify & gather business needs, business rules and complex security requirements; and test plan creation and execution.
• Minimum 60 months of experience coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities, including creating detailed test plans, executing those plans, hands-on use of defect management tools to identify, document, track and communicate problems to technical staff. 
• Minimum of 48 months of experience testing web-based applications that include a workflow component. 
• Minimum of 24 months experience using HP Quality Center/ALM and/or Requisite Pro, or similar.
• Minimum of 24 months working on projects utilizing an agile framework.  
• Minimum 24 months working with .Net development projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• This position will develop and/or maintain system documentation including business requirements, and project process documentation, training plans, test plans, quality assurance and contingency operations plans, and reports.   This individual will be expected to provide expertise and hands-on participation in the following activities:   
• Work with end users and/or review/analyze existing documentation or system artifacts to document business system requirements and processes, develop process models, and document requirements for the development/ implementation of the CAPAS/FIDAS system for improved processing within the Candidate Management and Financial Management systems.  
• Analyze and document current CAPAS/FIDAS business processes to identify improvements and to document the new set of business requirements going forward. 
• Develop and maintain all Business Analysis documentation. This includes (but not limited to) the following:
• Business Requirements will be collected by interviewing business team members and those requirements will be documented in a BRD;
• Develop Use Cases documents;
• Develop Test Plans;
• Write Test Cases;
• Develop User Interface specifications;
• Develop work flow diagrams;
• Develop data flow diagrams;
• Document non-functional requirements;
• Execute test cases and document defects.
• Develop or maintain test plans and detailed test cases.
• Develop or maintain training or user acceptance testing plans and Tier 1 support guides.
• Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases.  Develop or contribute to the development of regression tests and/or user acceptance tests.
• Execute functional and system tests, including regression tests.  Participate in user acceptance testing.
• Identify and document application defects and track to resolution, performing retesting as required.
