Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:30 am-5:00 pm Mandatory Requirements Senior 60 - 84 Months Desired Requirements 80 Months as the lead project tester 60 Months combined experience with the following industry leading testing tools: IBM Rational Test Suite, HP Quality Center, Redmine 60 Months creating SQL queries to validate correct back-end processing 60 Months with JAVA script/VB script, Selenium 60 Months experience in testing web services and APIs including functional, integration and performance tests Bachelor’s Degree Responsibilities Provide guidelines, review and support to developers and business analysts creating unit tests and integrating them into the business cycles Lead testing teams performing testing activities including, UI automation, integration testing, performance and scalability testing, Develop test cases per the business rules in order to direct other on testing requirements. Review and provide guidance on the test scope and output of testers performing testing. Facilitate, record and capture information from demos and user experience sessions. Create status reporting mechanisms to monitor the status of the above activities. Host integration discussions, with representatives of all testing teams, identify and help resolve road blocks. Ensure that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at each testing phase and final acceptance. Prepare test protocols and reports which meet requirements during the final testing acceptance. Help keep test process streamlined for efficiency Be advocate for the adoption of methodologies which are appropriate for the project/ Build, execute and evaluate functional and performance tests of application code, APIs and Web Services.
