Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time Negotiable Hours Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements 60 months experience with a large Government Taxation organization which includes technical design, development, maintenance and end user support of complex Tax Return processing. At least 84 months experience with Java programming in an IBM Environment development using IDE of IBM's Rational Application Developer (RAD) that are built with Websphere Application Server ( WAS) At least 84 months experience with XML, J2EE technologies Servlets, JavaScript, EJB, JDBC, JNDI, MQ series, JMS, CTG, JSP XML,BPEL, SOA, XSD, XPATH, JDOM and SCA 48 months of Websphere Integration Developer (WID) that are built with Websphere Process Server (WPS). 84 months of IBM DB2 experience working with large databases 60 months of IBM MQSeries experience 60 months of system analysis and design experience for multi-tiered transactional systems 60 months of experience writing technical design specification documents for multifaceted component based systems At least 60 months experience in performance tuning large scale returns processing system implementation and experience with Java/XML based Rules Engine and Rules building tool and working with XML and XQueries. 24 months experience with Spring Framework and JSON Responsibilities Analysis of requirements and system design work. Presentations of system designs to the users and technical communities. Development of detailed design documents and program specifications. Coding, unit and integration testing of programming assignments. Writing and tuning SQL Technical Support of user testing efforts. Performance tuning of new and existing applications. Production support tasks including analysis of issue, propose and implement solutions. Mentoring of less experienced staff would be required.
