Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time Start between 8:00 and 9:00 AM preferred Mandatory Requirements Mid-Level (36 - 60 Months) Desired Requirements At least a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology At least 36 months of experience in information technology At least 24 months working with the Affordable Care Act which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care). At least 24 months experience working directly for the New York State of Health Exchange or another State Based Marketplace or the Federal Health Marketplace which includes maintenance and end user support in Eligibility and Enrollment. At least 24 months of experience managing access control processes utilizing Microsoft SharePoint. At least 24 months of experience as a Microsoft SharePoint Administrator. Responsibilities Analyze, develop, and review process flow charts and other business documentation to define business processes Consult with and advise department staff during the technical design process. Analyze, review, and comment on technical documentation; Coordinate and document resolution of requirements and technical design comments and gaps with business and vendor staff; Develop and document internal training; Bring the ability to work on complex software in a fast-paced, high volume work environment; Utilize effective communication and facilitation skills to reach consensus among stakeholders; and Deliver clear, specific and respectful oral and written communications to business owners, IT program team members and management.
