Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time Negotiable Hours Mandatory Requirements Expert (84+ Months) Desired Requirements Master’s Degree in Computer Science At least 108 months of translating business and functional user requirements into a functioning technical solution 84 months professional experience in Information Technology supporting at least 100-million-dollar infrastructure deployments and environments. At least 108 months professional experience assisting with or conducting design and planning, developing, and testing At least 60 months working with the Affordable Care Act. At least 48 months experience working directly for the New York Health Exchange or another State Based Marketplace or the Federal Health Marketplace which includes maintenance and end user support in Eligibility and Enrollment. At least 84 months developing plans which demonstrate prioritizing goals, implementing programs and allocating resources. Responsibilities Assists with the implementation testing, support and operation of all hardware and software required by the client's project focusing on CS; Assists with change control over the project's configuration; Assists with system performance tuning, improvements and balancing between two primary vendors; Executes plans, constructs and implements the technical aspects of the project related to CS; Ensures functionality is integrated with other applications
