Estimated Length: 7 months 7.5 Hours Daily Desired Experience Experience with multi-district litigation Preferred Education High School; Technical Degree/Certificate Program; Bachelors Degree Responsibilities Track document production in response to multi-state subpoenas and discovery requests; Assist attorneys with all stages of deposition preparation; Assist attorneys with document review; draft deposition digests; Assist with court filings; maintain case calendar; Track MDL and state-court filings; Review, code and maintain documents in Everlaw or Relativity document databases; Coordinate production of documents; Assist with the preparation of motions and briefs including tables of contents, tables of authorities, and cite-checking; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
