Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time Negotiable (core hours) Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements Minimum 84 months experience working directly with Oracle 11g or higher. Experience to include PL/SQL, Functions, Stored Procedures, Table handling, and tuning business rules 84 months experience performing development work using MF COBOL 60 months experience performing application development work using COGNOS to design and maintain application reports. 60 months’ experience with problem resolution in a 24/7 production schedule of at least 250 jobs a month. 60 months experience creating production environment runbooks using a shell scripting tool. Responsibilities Provide general system design, application programming, and documentation, coordination of changes, and unit and integration testing of programs, as well as guidance and mentoring of other staff. Programming tasks include complete unit routines or functional routines that make up discrete parts of functional units. Programming will utilize COBO, PL/SQL, COGNOS and Dot Net Languages.
