Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:30 - 5:00 Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements 84 months experience developing with COBOL and CICS, and DB2 and VSAM 84 months experience developing scripts and testing in the IBM 3090 MF environment. 84 months experience programming applications for use with UNIX, NT, Client Server and PC environments. 60 months experience supervising a mainframe development team and preparing written reports. 60 months experience coding queries with Easytrieve and testing tools, such as Intertest. 60 months experience using TWS (scheduling tool) to facilitate movement of data and files between DB2 legacy systems to other platforms/applications. 48 months experience with large Financial Systems. 18 months experience with large, high volume time and attendance applications. 18 months experience with a large high-volume Accounting Systems. Responsibilities Provide leadership and mentoring for mainframe development teams and applications Developing mainframe applications on and IBM MF 3090, using Cobol, CICS, DB2, MVS Utilities, JCL, Telon, Endevor and RMDS. Developing queries using Easytrieve Handle business and technical design, and determine optimum solutions to meet business objectives. Lead staff in system testing and development of testing plans, presentation of training, and planning /execution of large enterprise data systems and applications. Interpret the client's business processes and transactions files and remediate MF systems per business requirements. Technical troubleshooting on complex issues that span enterprise systems and multiple data sources requiring rapid resolution.
