Desired Requirements

• Minimum of 80 months experience as lead architect/development in developing Windows applications, web applications and web services in Microsoft Visual Studio .Net Framework 4.0/3.5 using Web Forms and C#, bootstrap framework, and back end code development for workflow process type of system using Microsoft ASP.Net (or ASP.Net Core) MVC with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Minimum of 80 Months of hands on experience in design patterns such as MVP, MVC, MVVM. Creating Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams like Class, Sequence and Use Case diagrams using Rational Rose and MS Visio.
• Minimum of 80 months of professional experience in IT in the areas of Application Design and Implementation, design, develop and implement highly scalable and reliable IT systems. Address client & leadership requests related to application development enhancement for functionality additions, data related questions. 
• 80 months experience with hands on programming in developing User Interface UI applications and professional web applications using JavaScript, HTML5/DHTML, DOM, XHTML, JQuery, CSS3, Ajax and JSON.
• Minimum of 80 months of experience to perform gap analysis, design solutions to support growing business needs, and help build and maintain design system /pattern library.
• 80 months of excellent experience in developing SOAP or RESTFUL web service or backend APIs for the Web systems to integrate.
• 80 months experience with Data Accessing including using Data Adapter, Data Reader and Dataset in ADO.NET and LINQ (Language Integrated Query) Providers for data manipulation.
• 80 months of experiencing working with .NET features like Events & Delegates, Generics and Collections, Multi-Threading, Exception Handling, Serialization.
• Minimum of 80 months experience in SQL Server and Oracle database design, development of schemas, tables, views, indexes, Store Procedures, User Defined Functions and Triggers, DTS, Transaction Management, T-SQL/PL-SQL.
• 80 months experience worked on OOPS CONCEPTS Abstraction, Encapsulation, Inheritance and Polymorphism, and must have experience with XML transformation languages like XSL, XSLT and X Path.

• Develop, implement, manage and maintain applications using Microsoft .Net technology in support of NYBE.  
• Analyze, design and configure changes within the system to incorporate portal functionality. 
• Work with architects and developers to configure and support various Backoffice integration points and activities.
