Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Negotiable) Mandatory Requirements Senior 60 - 84 Months Desired Requirements Certification as a Base SAS programmer for SAS v9 After receiving a Bachelor’s degree, 60 months of experience in using SAS for data management and analysis. At least 60 months of experience programming SAS/GRAPH, SAS/ODS, SAS/MACROS, SAS/SQL, PROC SQL, and PROC REPORT on a daily or weekly basis. At least 12 months of experience conducting data analysis for sexually transmitted disease surveillance program and experience with CDESS and MIS data systems. At least 36 months of experience in Microsoft Office Access database management and analysis. At least 36 months of experience in database management and analysis using other database management tools. At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Statistics or Epidemiology, or any related field of science. Responsibilities Funding will support a contractor who will analyze and evaluate STI registries (including STI and HIV matched registries), Prepare analytic datasets for evaluation purposes, Conduct analysis of routine match results, Develop innovative programming to map partner networks, Respond to data requests and prepare reports and maps summarizing the epidemiology of STI mono-infected, and STI/HIV co-morbid infections. The contractor will establish templates for reporting performance metrics on integrated STI/HIV partner services outcomes in order to assure appropriate partner services outcomes; Develop data to care quality assurance and outcome reports; Perform quality assurance activities for surveillance and partner services data; Provide documentation including technical system documentation, user help and instructions guidelines. The contractor will provide measures required for grant reporting purposes.
