Estimated Length: 18 months Full-Time 8 hour days (time ranging from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) Mandatory Requirements Mid Level 36 - 60 Months Desired Requirements Minimum 48 months experience in writing technical specifications including ETL source to target mapping documents, use cases, software architecture documents, ETL design documents and implementation documents. Minimum 48 months experience using ETL tools, like Oracle Data Integrator or Oracle Warehouse Builder, to migrate data from various sources and targets including databases, flat files, and XML files. Minimum 48 months experience in writing and tuning SQL scripts including: tables, views and indexes. Minimum 48 months experience working with Oracle 10G or later. Minimum 48 months experience using Oracle Data Integrator 10g or later. Minimum 24 months experience in design, development and implementation of business intelligence architectures with experience in analysis, problem solving, technical writing, presenting and communicating with stakeholders. Minimum 12 months complex PL/SQL objects including: procedures, functions, triggers and packages. Minimum 12 months using Oracle supplied utilities including: SQL Loader, external tables, and Oracle built in packages. Minimum 12 months hands-on experience developing, implementing and integrating systems related to Criminal Justice processing at the state or federal level using Criminal Justice terminology and nomenclatures. Responsibilities Manage and administer ETL solutions for medium to large scale data warehouse projects. ETL application analysis, design, development and implementation, including: data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, data reporting solutions, database, and technical and user documentation. Act as an ETL technical liaison working with technical infrastructure teams to resolve problems and implement solutions to technical issues impacting application performance. Work with the Infrastructure team to execute activities such as performance test planning and execution failure failover planning and execution, endurance testing and deployment planning and testing.
