Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, hours negotiable Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements Minimum of 84 months experience with writing Java application software for data access, data structures, data manipulation and databases 84 or more months development experience in the FileNet suite of products 84 or more months assisting and/or leading in the design of program specifications to implement software solutions 84 or more months experience with standard design patterns (J2EE) to solve complex business problems. 84 or more months experience providing Websphere and JBOSS Enterprise Application Server services, Red Hat Enterprise Linus administration and mainframe integration development expertise. 84 or more months’ experience analyzing business processes and workflows and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems. 72 or more months experience with use of XML and web services in a JEE environment. 72 or more months performing testing and implementation and preparing technical and user documentation, software conversions. 72 or more months experience working with developing Java solutions with a Web security protocol using LDAP and Netegrity SiteMinder. 72 or more months experience in configuration management utilities for Java applications. Responsibilities Provide J2EE, WebSphere, JBoss Enterprise Application Server, web services, Oracle 12c, IBM MQ, FileNet and Unisys Mainframe integration application development expertise. Provide software configuration management for Java applications, with such utilities as Hudson, ANT, Maven, Jenkins and SVN. Perform development tasks in the environment described Participate in JAD sessions to assist in the preparation of use cases and other design deliverables Interpret use case requirements, seek clarification from BA’s as needed and estimate, propose, prototype and develop solutions that integrate within the existing ECM technology stack where required, but are improvements and in line with the client's future direction when required. Provide technical documentation, solution prototypes, conduct demonstrations of work in progress and completed work to business subject matter experts and other technical staff. Provide mentoring to State staff and other contract resources in all tools as required Provide troubleshooting and end-user support and problem resolution.
