Desired Requirements

  • 84 Months of Experience working as a Business Analyst and creating Use Cases, running JAD Sessions, creating functional design documents, documenting as-is to be processes 
  • 72 Months of Experience in developing test scenarios, scripts, data, and reviewing test results for multiple applications, including registration systems. 
  • 24 months of experience creating custom reports for business users and executives using OBIEE
  • 18 Months of Experience recovering failed instances in Oracle BPM (Business Process Management)
  • 18 months of experience modifying approval workflows in Oracle BPM (Business Process Management)
  • 18 Months of Experience working in the public sector and law firm
  • 18 months of experience administering DocuSign including notification configuration
  • 18 months of experience creating workflows in Service now
  • 18 months of experience managing changes, issues and incidents in Quality Center and/or Service Now 
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

  • plan and perform IT system research and information gathering activities;
  • review, document, and categorize current “as-is” state of the business process or function including creating flow charts and process models;
  • identify and document the scope of business process changes or enhancements required by procedural changes or by changes to laws and statutes;
  • develop plans for requirements and system design sessions, ensure that agency needs are properly documented, and proposed solutions are properly vetted with all stakeholders prior to being implemented.
  • prioritize business process changes to maintain system functionality and efficiencies;
  • communicate business process and system requirements to IT staff, program staff and stakeholders;
  • develop test data scenarios and analyze the results;
  • validate requirements throughout the business analysis process;
  • review and write business system documentation;
  • review and analyze business process deficiencies requiring resolution during or after implementation;
  • evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, breakout into details and summarize into general information. 
  • monitor and manage a system to assist agency business owners resolve issues and work with technical resources on requests for new reports, changes to data displays and general functional tasks.
  • monitor requests for system changes and assistance through a triage/governance process.
  • document recurring issues to provide end users and internal Help Desk with FAQs to assist users and minimize support requirements.
  •  identify and make recommendations for updates/upgrades to current technologies and coordinate the release management process including training and user acceptance.
  • assist stakeholders in creating business practices that enhance the user experience.
  • provide reporting statistics and metrics to provide executives with information on program and project initiatives needed to manage their business processes
