• At least 84 months experience with a Government Taxation organization, which includes hands on technical design, development, maintenance and end user support of complex Tax Return processing
• At least 84 months expertise in Design, development and management of Business Rules Architecture system involving Rules entry UI system invoking portable Runtime Engine System deployable in WPS (WebSphere Process Server) that can also execute as a standalone desktop application interacting with WAS (WebSphere Application Server)
• At least 84 months experience in designing and developing Forms Definition Facility tools utilizing data model to manage centralized tax forms metadata for Business Rules, Form Schemas and forms Presentation
• At least 84 months experience in SOA component development in an IBM development Environment using IDE-IBM's WebSphere Integration Developer (WID) that are built and deployed on WebSphere Process Server (WPS)  
• At least 36 months of experience in Designing and developing customizable self-service system integrating with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), ODM (Operational Decision Manager) interacting with Business processing Management (BPM).
• At least 84 months of experience in IBM DB2 Data Modeling, creating logical data models, performance tuning for applications interacting with large scale databases.
• At least 84 months experience in designing messaging architectures using WebSphere IBM MQ
• At least 84 months of experience in system analysis, design and Technical spec writing for multi-tiered transactional systems 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the technical design for new development and system enhancements.
• Responsible for coordinating the technical solutions among various technical support groups.
• Responsible for making changes in multiple systems in real time to enable changes requested by legislature.
• Presentations of technical solutions to management and technical support areas.
• Responsible for implementing technical solutions.
• Leading the analysis of requirements and system design work.
• Development of technical design documents and program specifications.
• Coding, unit and integration testing of programming assignments.
• Performance tuning of new and existing applications.
• Production support tasks including analysis of issue, propose and implement solutions.
• Mentoring of less experienced staff would be required.
