Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time Negotiable daily work hours (strongly prefer starting between 7:30 and 9:00am through 4:00 or 5:30pm). Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements At least 84 months experience writing PowerBuilder Code. At least 12 months experience with government projects that followed a Project Management methodology. At least 36 months experience with Sybase databases. This includes designing Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures and writing SQL. At least 60 months experience with gathering requirements and creating design documents. Responsibilities Gather business requirements Document requirements and solutions Write technical specifications Code, test, and implement software modules Review code and test results of other programmers Create physical database work tables and temporary tables and indexes Coordinate and conduct Unit, System and Stress testing Helpdesk Tickets (Day to Day questions and issues). Small Changes requested from the Business Users.
