Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time Negotiable daily work hours (strongly prefer starting between 7:30 and 9:00am through 4:00 or 5:30pm). Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements At least 84 months experience leading a development team of five or more developers. At least 84 months experience creating and editing system documentation and technical specifications. At least 60 months experience with government projects that followed a Project Management methodology. At least 60 months experience writing C# code in Visual Studio. At least 60 Months experience using IIS Web Server. At least 36 months experience using Team Foundation Server. At least 60 months experience in design & deployment of complex SQL objects (including Stored Procedures) and relational databases design. At least 48 months experience writing and designing applications using SOA. At least 36 months experience writing and executing unit tests. At least 24 months experience in developing user interfaces using a Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern Responsibilities Work with Project Management to meet objectives of Medical Portal. Lead a module Development Team. Lead design meetings and reviews. Work with the client to determine what shared services are appropriate for the Medical Portal. Create/Architect shared services that may be utilized by other agencies when appropriate. Create/Architect the technical environment that will be used to implement the portal. Lead code reviews. Coordinate unit and integrated testing. Enforce architectural, design, and coding standards. Create system documentation. Create technical specifications.
