Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements Minimum of 84 months of experience in designing, implementing and supporting document capture systems, document scanning, and data extraction technology for use in content management and archiving solutions. Minimum of 48 months of experience in IBM Datacap Taskmaster v7.6 or later supporting the software and custom applications, including troubleshooting problems. Minimum of 24 months of experience in Windows Server Administration. Minimum of 24 months experience writing highly complex and efficient SQL on one or more relational databases such as MS Access, Oracle or SQL Server having experience with SQL Error Handling, SQL Views, SQL Triggers, SQL Stored Procedures and Functions. Minimum of 12 months of experience in IBM Datacap Taskmaster v9.x or later supporting the software and custom applications, including troubleshooting problems. Minimum of 12 months of experience troubleshooting and resolving Network issues. Responsibilities The technical architect will be responsible for developing and supporting electronic document management solutions for various business offices using various scanning solutions and IBM Datacap software. Monitoring the Datacap system for issues: system availability, performance, background processes, available storage, aborted processes, user activity, database and system health, etc. Eliminating issues by researching and resolving root cause. Adding new functionality to existing applications; establishing requirements and defining scope of request and generating a plan to complete. Generating new applications within Datacap: capturing requirements, defining scope, generating a plan to establish applications with all desired features and functionality, and implementing with training, documentation and follow-up. Maintaining the Datacap software and applications by compressing databases, fixing corrupt and abourted files and reprocessing images not processed due to above.
