Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time Negotiable Hours Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements 84 months of COBOL programming experience 84 months of developing complex tax processing systems in a federal, state or municipal agency 84 months of IBM DB2 experience 60 months of experience with Java programming in an IBM environment development using IDE of IBM’s Rational Application Developer (RAD) that are built with WebSphere Application Server (WAS) 84 months of IBM MQ Series experience 84 months of JCL experience 84 months of experience writing technical design specification documents Responsibilities Maintenance of existing systems as well as new development work. Participate in requirements gathering phase. Analysis, design, coding and unit/integration testing. Create and update program specification and detail design documentation. Research and fix production issues. Application performance tuning
