Estimated Length: 12 months Full-Time 8:00 – 5:00 (negotiable) Mandatory Requirements Expert (84+ Months experience) Desired Requirements 84 months experience developing N-Tier .net web applications 72 Months experience writing and developing Web Services or Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) 72 months experience with PL/SQL writing packages stored procedures and triggers. 48 months experience utilizing Model View Controller (MVC) 48 months experience utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services . 36 months experience utilizing JQuery. Bachelor’s Responsibilities Work independently to complete change requests for the Voluntary Foster Care Agency Licensing System in ASP.NET Create interface to other agencies Create ability to create addendums Ad hoc reporting based on BWM needs Work with Business Analyst on analysis and logical design. This item applies to both VFCA and NYSAS Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs. This item applies to both VFCA and NYSAS Perform complex ASP.Net coding. This item applies to both VFCA and NYSAS Assist with responding to data requests. This item applies to both NEICE and NYSAS Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL This item applies to both NEICE and NYSAS Install and Configure MCMS – NEICE at CNSE
