Estimated Length: 12 months Full-Time 8:00am-5:30pm Mandatory Requirements Mid Level 36 - 60 Months Desired Requirements 48 months of documented experience developing applications with .NET 36 months of documented experience doing business analysis; meeting with customers, determining their business needs and the best solution for them. 36 Months of documented experience with JavaScript, jQuery, KendoUI or similar 12 Months of documented experience developing applications using .NET Core 36 Months of documented experience with using SQL Server, Oracle and/or MySQL writing SQL statements 24 Months of documented experience designing and/or developing APIs using .NET API Framework or custom API frameworks 12 Months Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) 36 months documented experience using the MVC design pattern 24 months documented expertise with HTML5 and CSS3 including demonstrable experience using front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, React, etc. Responsibilities Design, develop and test mobile applications using scripting tools such as .Net (C#) Continually learn and improve skills surrounding emerging web and mobile technologies Interface with customers and stakeholders, including the Executive Chamber in a highly professional manner Create diagrams of methodologies, processes and logical flows Create and maintain ER Diagrams Conduct user requirement gathering meetings Manage tasks Team Foundation Server (TFS) Design systems using Model, View, Controller (MVC) pattern Design and develop API’s for a variety of backend systems Utilize REST to interact with internal and external API’s Aid other developers, pair programming where needed Write SQL queries Interface with database administrators Create and modify graphics - new icons, logos, etc. Troubleshoot bugs and QA testing Provide training to staff on any learned new technologies Troubleshoot and manage crises that arise Organize and participate in meetings with customers Document meeting outcomes and translate these into development tasks and deliverables Manage expectations vs. technology capabilities & team's development capacity
