Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:30am -5:00 pm negotiable Mandatory Requirements Senior 60-84 Months Desired Requirements Bachelor’s Degree 60 Months of Experience managing analysis, design and development activities and assisting in the development and maintenance of a detailed work plan 48 months experience in meeting and work session facilitation. 60 months tracking action items 60 Months experience coordinating issue resolution 60 Months experience creating and executing project management plans, including communication and risk/issue management plans 24 months experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for work task tracking 24 months experience using SharePoint. 24 months experience communicating project information to multiple stakeholders Responsibilities Manage the project activities related to multiple consumers onboarding to the data service. Oversee project communication to multiple stakeholders Coordinate onboarding activities for multiple entities. Create and manage a risk management plan Create and manage a communication plan. Coordinate issue resolution. Facilitate meetings and communicate project status. Uses TFS and SharePoint tools for task/requirement documentation and tracking; Establish, monitor and ensure that onboarding goals/objectives are met; managing daily work/priorities.
