Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8-hour work days between the hours of 7:30 am and 6 pm. Mandatory Requirements Expert 84 Months Desired Requirements 84 months Experience performing systems development on Medium to Large-scale BizTalk projects involving federally mandated HIPAA 4010/5010 standards, HL7 2.3/2.5/2.7, ADT, DFT, and experience with ICD9/ ICD10. 84 months Experience using SQL and coding complex SQL statements. 84 Months Experience designing and developing rules within the Biztalk Business Rules Engine (BRE) 84 Months Experience developing secure BizTalk interfaces transferring data to/from patient systems such as an EMR, Pharmacy system, & Labs system. 84 Months Experience with clinical applications as well as PII and PHI Information. 84 Months Experience developing and implementing a Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) solution in Biztalk 84 Months Experience using BizTalk MLLP Adapter 84 Months Experience administering a complete BizTalk environment 24 Months Experience working with Mirth HL7 systems Responsibilities Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or higher and write code using MVC Architecture, .Net, JavaScript, Angular, Ajax, HTML, XML and WCF. Design and Development of Microsoft BizTalk applications. Administration of the Microsoft BizTalk environment used to support client applications. Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issue on application reports using Crystal Reports. Use a source code repository, such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server, for checking source code in and out, and branching off new versions of the source code. Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations. Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other client groups. Coordinate service requests with various Chief Operating Office personnel for releases and changes for the application. Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis. Document technical solutions and report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor and management as requested.
