Estimated Length: 6 months Full-Time 9-5:30 Mandatory Requirements Senior 60 - 84 Months Desired Requirements Minimum 60 months experience with Microsoft, managing medium to large scale projects, developing project scope, goals, deliverables, budget and schedule Minimum 24 months experience with managing projects using MS Project Minimum 24 months experience working with public sector organizations Minimum of 36 months experience managing PeopleSoft HR implementation projects Ceritified by a recognized project manager organization such as University of Project Management Institute (PMI) Bachelor degree Responsibilities Track and monitor project progress from initiation to closure Work with project team and stakeholders to outline scope Develop a project charter Develop and maintain project schedule and planning documentation Refine and provide updates of (when necessary) key project documentation including: quality management plan change management plan communication plan clearly communicate expectations to team managers and stakeholders and act as a liaison between these groups Resolve issues and problems throughout the project life cycle
