Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday) Mandatory Requirements Senior 60 - 84 Months Desired Requirements Minimum 72 months experience implementing highly available and scalable multi-tier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture involving data structures, algorithms, software design and JEE Design Patterns. Minimum 72 months developing messaging services including IBM WebSphere Message Broker, MQ, and IBM WebSphere Application Server and web services. Minimum 48 months of experience working with geo-spatial technologies Minimum 48 months experience architecting systems related to criminal justice processing (including but not limited to: CIAS Federated Search and Administration, CIAS Product Manager, Board of Examiners (BOE), ACISS Imports, Enterprise Finger Printing, Operation Safeguard (OpSafe). Minimum 72 months experience with the Spring and Hibernate frameworks. Minimum 60 months experience working with relational database management systems (specifically Oracle AND MS SQL Server) Minimum 60 months experience planning, designing, implementing and integrating IBM software solutions on an IBM WebSphere Portal. Minimum 72 months experience in EJB development and transaction management programming including experience with Hibernate framework. Responsibilities Development of Web Services. Defining various MQ objects such as Queues, Listeners. Unit and performance test of applications. Project build management with Maven. Application Setup / Server deployments to IBM WebSphere Application Server, MQ (Messaging Queue). Regular interaction with SVN (Version Control system), Jenkins (Continuous Integration Server), Nexus (Maven Repository). Database Programming in Oracle and MS SQL (Microsoft Structure Query Language). Administration and Configuration of web services on IBM WebSphere, working with SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) 1.1/1.2, Message Broker on Portal Gateway Servers, XML (Extensible Markup Language), XSD (XML Schema Documentation), and XSL (Extensible Stylesheet Language). Developing and testing in JAVA and J2EE (Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition) including JMS (Java Message Service), EJB (Enterprise JavaBeans), JAXWS (Java API (Application Programming Interface) for XML Web Services), DOM (Document Object Model) Parser, Hibernate, Spring, Prime Faces and Geospatial services. Daily support activities to include: review of queues for error transactions, answering problem tickets from users, and coordinating activities with Portal Administrators and Messaging staff. Development of messaging services including IBM WebSphere, MQ (Message Queuing), and IBM WebSphere Application Server.
