Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 40 hours per week Mandatory Requirements Expert Skill Level: 84+ Months Desired Requirements 84 Months Experience working as a primary or lead business analyst. 12 Months Experience with analysis on Cúram Business Framework projects. 84 Months Experience with analysis and documentation of business processes by describing relevant factors including work flow processes, data input and output activities, descriptions of data elements, and overall program goals, objectives, and external considerations, such as federal and state mandates. 84 Months Experience with eliciting, validating, and documenting business-approved functional and non-functional business requirements for use by the technology team. 84 Months Experience with developing, obtaining approval, and managing a business and technology approved test plan. 48 Months Experience with process flow and architecture diagram development using tools such as MS Visio for support of written deliverables and assistance in establishing common understanding among all project team members and key stakeholders. 48 Months Experience translating and documenting technical information for business/program consumption to ensure consistency and common understanding across the stakeholder groups. 36 Months Experience leading or facilitating requirements sessions with business/program subject matter experts. 36 Months Experience with determining business requirement priorities among diverse internal and external stakeholders. 36 Months Experience as a systems analyst, software engineer, and/or developer. Responsibilities Facilitate the elicitation, validation, prioritization and documentation of requirements. Translates complex business/program terminology, concepts and issues in terms understandable to technical and non-technical management staff. Translate requirements into test plans and scripts and trace the fulfillment of requirements through the testing phases. Evaluate and make recommendations regarding data integrity and quality. Translate complex technical terminology, concepts and issues in terms understandable to technical and non-technical staff and their management. Administrative Tasks: Attend and participate in meetings, prepare a weekly report, complete NYS LATS timecard daily
