Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time Start between 8:00 and 9:00 AM preferred Mandatory Requirements Senior 60 - 84 Months Desired Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or 4 years employed in information technology services. 84 months experience in Information Technology supporting at least 100-million-dollar infrastructure deployments and environments. 72 months of experience analyzing business processes, developing and executing test cases, including but not limited to experience using SQL. 72 months of experience using recognized business analysis methodologies for requirements gathering to elicit functional requirements from business users. At least 72 months of experience providing clear, written and communications to business owners, IT program team members and management. 60 months experience with statistical reporting and analysis 60 months experience with Rational Quality Manager, Report Development using IBM Cognos or HIPAA compliant X12 format for EDI transactions Responsibilities Analyze, develop and review process flow charts and other business documentation to define business processes Document complex functional requirements in a thorough and clear formal requirements document Consult with and advise department staff during the technical design process. Analyze, review and comment on design specification documents Analyze, review and comment on technical documentation such as interface control documents Coordinate and document resolution of requirements and technical design comments and gaps with business and vendor staff Provide guidance in the development of test scenarios Evaluate existing manual test cases, and identify opportunities for automation Create manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts. Development of expected entrance/exit criteria into test cases. Track defects from creation to final remediation Develop and document internal training as it relates to business analysis and testing Manage work on complex software in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
