Estimated Length: 8 months 40 hours per week *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (IN-PERSON INTERVIEW) CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 7 years of experience in Java Programming, Oracle ADF o plus Detailed understanding of, and experience with Industry best practices for financial and Capital Budget Management and Reporting. Excellent oral communication skills Excellent Inter-personal skills Including the ability to work with Individuals at all levels of the organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; a self-starter TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** Assist HQ Applications group with changes to the IMPACT system, IMPACT Is used to manage the client's Capital Program system. It is a financial application used across all of the client's agencies for the defining, budgeting, funding, tracking, and requisitioning of Capital projects, IMPACT consists of the three main divisions: i) Planning (or Budgeting and Funding; also referred to as Central) which identifies the projects to be performed and the fund sources used to back those projects ii) Revenue Accounting (or Payables; also referred to as Pacman) which tracks the actual project expenditures and requests funds from the Identified funding partners iii) Treasury which reflects the collection and transfer of funds related to capital projects and allows for better auditing and reconciliation across the Capital Program system. Complete the changes to IMPACT required because the FTA has changed the way they award grants. This project requires database changes, program changes, botch cycle changes, and a major change to the requisition and de requisition process. a. Procurement Screen Changes War Hard Stop v. Private Business use v}. useful Life Enhancements to Impact Provide weekly status reports to management.
