Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:00 am – 5:00pm Mandatory Requirements Specialist 84+ Months Desired Requirements 84 Months experience developing applications with JAVA using frameworks such as STRUTS or Spring Framework 84 Months experience coding with Javascript and HTML. 84 Months experience performing advanced analytical and technical support of application interfaces and system interconnects 84 Months Experience with advanced scripting in SQL, PL/SQL, PERL and Powershell. 48 Months experience coding with C# and .Net Framework Programming 48 Months Experience developing and writing REST APIs and WebServices 24 Months experience developing with JBOSS, JDBC, Mavin, Spring 24 Months experience with Groovy Scripting 24 Months experience supporting Oracle products OPPM, Primavera, Team Member, Unifier or Contract Manager. Responsibilities Provide advanced troubleshooting, technical and analytical support for complex commercial-off-the-shelf and custom developed business applications and their interfaces Perform coding changes to applications and utilities. Work with business areas to gather and understand business requirements to define application layer requirements and develop application design, as well as assist with software installation and configuration. Perform L2 application support including troubleshoot/resolve issues, performance tuning, log analysis and security. Assist with support of Oracle’s OPPM Application, and its interfaces to other applications Recommend and/or implement solution to fix errors. Assist with maintaining application components using Javascript, C#, SQL, PL/SQL, JAVA, Groovy Scripting and HTML. Assist in the resolution of Oracle Service Requests (SRs) by providing the necessary information and/or performing requested tasks as determined by Oracle. Provide after-hours support for work needed that cannot be done during business hours. Use a ticketing system to track and manage incidents, service requests, problems and changes.
