Estimated Length: 11 months Full-Time 8 AM- 4 PM Requirements Candidates must have a working knowledge of Word and Excel. Responsibilities Family Care: Entering data re patient care; entering and coordinating Claims for submission to Central Office so that the Family Care providers receive payment; Maintain medical records; Process applications for potential providers; Phone coverage; Generating documents to record staff attendance and work schedules. Inpatient Services: Entering data related to patient care eg. admissions, discharges, transfers, movements, daily census; Maintaining medical records; Completing staff time & attendance records; Typing of legal documents; Provide support to Program Operations. Business Office: Posting of patient deposits and withdrawals including but not limited to patient personal funds, SSA deposits, Community Stores deposits, client Maintenance for inpatients and rent for outpatients; Maintenance of ez pass accounts; Issuance of Metro Cards to the Clinics.
