Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8 hour days (regular business hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm but can be negotiated) Mandatory Requirements Senior 60-84 Months Desired Requirements 60 Months Demonstrated experience with Informatica Data Quality processes, approaches, measurement techniques and business cases for data profiling, data cleansing, standardization, match and merge with IDQ 8.x or higher. 60 Months Demonstrated experience using Informatica 8.x or higher in a data warehouse environment including warehousing concepts, design and development of complex mappings. 60 Months Demonstrated experience using Informatica 8.x or higher merging data from multiple source systems including but not limited to ORACLE and flat files. 24 months Demonstrated Rhapsody experience acquiring and managing large amounts of data including HL7 message formats. 60 Months Demonstrated experience writing complex UNIX scripts. (e.g. validate and to ftp files, and for calling Informatica workflows) 60 Months Demonstrated experience converting complex SQL, PL/SQL (stored procedures/functions), with Oracle 9i, 10g or higher, to Informatica mappings 60 Months Demonstrated experience specifying and conducting system testing (e.g. unit, integration, regression, load, performance) and user acceptance testing 60 Months Demonstrated Experience in Dimensional Data Modeling for creating logical and physical data models using a commercial data modeling tool like ERWIN or ERStudio. 60 Months Demonstrated Experience leading the ETL team in shaping and enhancing the overall ETL architecture using Informatica. Responsibilities Leading the ETL team in the development and monitoring of ETL processes and test plans using Informatica Power Center. Leading the ETL team in shaping, enhancing and recommending best practices to the overall ETL/Informatica architecture Investigating and resolving difficult design and build issues, data loading and data integrity issues. Writing SQL for querying the Informatica Metadata Repository for validating unit and QA testing, monitoring, and for investigating integrity issues. Performance tuning Informatica workflows. Using Informatica to develop ETL mappings and workflows including the use of mapplets, reusable transformations and worklets. Working with large and complex Oracle data warehouses, data marts and OLTP databases. Writing UNIX shell scripts to validate and ftp files and to call workflows. Using Rhapsody to acquire and manage large amounts of data with the HL7 message format
