Estimated Length: 6 months Fulll-Time 8-hour work days between the hours of 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements 84 months Demonstrated experience developing and delivering classroom and onsite training for complex computer systems. 84 months Demonstrated experience scripting, producing and narrating training videos (digital format) for computer system using video editing software. 72 months Demonstrated experience developing SCORM compliant computer based training materials. 72 months Demonstrated experience providing help desk support of complex computer systems 12 months Demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting business requirements Associates Degree. Responsibilities Business analyst for DLMS application. Analyze and document business requirements, develop and implement test plans and release management. Assist client with the creation of end user training for DLMS. Produce and narrate training videos (digital format). Develop interactive computer-based training products as needed to support user needs. Test code releases of the DLMS system before they are provided to the client for user acceptance testing. Document and track defects as necessary Troubleshooting and analysis of DLMS system problems and bugs as needed. Work closely with users and developers to document problems, resolve issues and document solutions.
