Estimated Length: 24 months 40 hours per week Mandatory Requirements Expert skill level: 84+ months experience Desired Requirements 84 months Java programming experience. 84 months of direct experience performing component and assembly testing of application code. 84 months experience with system development life cycle. 48 months experience with creating and generating reports using COTS reporting tools WebFOCUS or OBIEE reporting tool. 48 months experience developing and managing electronic data interfaces using iWay or Orion Health Rhapsody 60 months experience in Oracle 10g or higher development. 60 months experience working in an application development team environment using version control software 36 months experience with designing, coding, deploying, and/or managing a case management or insurance claiming application. (include description of the case management or insurance claiming application) 36 months experience using rational rose. 24 months experience with application servers such as WebSphere or WebLogic Responsibilities Estimates, performs, and measures progress of technical deliverables and activities. Consults with the Project Manager on status, progress and overall priorities in order to create application builds which provide additional functionality to users of the NYEIS application. Work closely with Project Manager and client Manager on active/pending projects, Prepare Documentation, Address Level 3 Help Desk tickets as needed Administrative Tasks: Attend and participate in meetings, prepare a weekly report, complete NYS LATS timecard daily
