Estimated Length: 18 months Part Time 2-3 Days a Week Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess: A Masters or Ph.D. in statistics, public health, health policy, occupational health, or related field; A minimum of 10 years' experience specializing in applied research and program evaluation in the fields of public health, health policy, and/or occupational health; Expertise in the areas of: higher level statistical analysis; data management, analysis and reporting; metrics development; survey design; program implementation and outcome evaluation, including compliance, return-on-investment and cost-efficacy studies; and systematic review and implementation consultation for evidence-based practices; Expertise in statistical programming languages such SPSSX and SAS; Experience with Occupational Health Services (OHS) system software; and Strong communication skills (oral and written), and the ability to work independently. Preferred Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of OHS industry standards, with experience related to: OHS benchmarking standards; federal drug & alcohol testing; silica surveillance programs; obstructive sleep apnea; and forecasting the roll-out of such programs. Strong ability to provide in-depth analysis for forecasting staffing hours and workloads, and correlating visit time to staffing needs as part of industry standards for impact reports and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Develop a coordinated set of management indicators for OHS operations that measure compliance Forecast new needs Provide analysis and trending studies on employee visits and outcomes
