• 72+ Months experience COTS implementation with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• 72+ Months experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams.
• 72+ Months experience mobilizing disparate groups of people toward a common and ambitious goal, managing horizontally, and translating insights into action.
• 72+ Months experience with Project Management with over multi-million dollar budgets.
• 72+ Months experience interacting with High-Level Executives and Senior Management as well as working with stakeholders to define and develop business processes and procedures and system requirements.
• 72+ Months experience resolving conflicts and negotiating a resolution between two or more parties and stakeholders
• 72+ Months experience managing two or more concurrent Vendors and contracts.
• 72 + Months experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) to include Education, Information and Communications systems technologies, test documentation and procedures.
• 24 Months in a project leader capacity or as a major contributor on a project with many different and connected parts 
• A master’s degree from an accredited college, including or supplemented by 24 semester credits in computer science or a related computer field

Responsibilities

• Manage all vendor and client work-stream efforts.
• Report status to the project sponsor and other executives. Monitor and report overall project progress against baseline project plan.
• Understand the key components of the project plan and execute on coordinating the documentation, issues and requirements on an as-needed basis.
• Track progress of overall project plan, identify risks to implementation throughout the project, and work proactively to surface and resolve those risks, on an as-needed basis.
• Manage project budget and project administration.
• Perform Risk Management – identify potential risks and issues across all work-streams.
• Work with project management staff members to raise and resolve issues, set project deadlines, and mitigate project risks.
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Report status to the project sponsor and other executives. Monitor and report overall project progress against baseline project plan.
• Act as the liaison to the on-site vendor’s support staff.
• Support the administrative requirements of the program including meetings, calendars etc.
• Support the recruitment, selection, and on boarding of new team members.
• Identify gaps in infrastructure and raise issues/risks on a timely basis.
• Assist in planning of current future infrastructure needs for the project.
• Provide operational support to key functional areas as needed.
