Estimated Length:24 months full time hours Mandatory Requirements 60-84 months Desired Requirements 60 months of experience with .NET; Java and J2EE or related programming experience 60 months experience integrating business rules and developing systems using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), including deployment, testing, automation hub, modeling, and debugging 48 months of experience working with business analysts understanding requirements 48 months of experience in Web Development (ie. HTML, JSP, Servlets, CSS, JavaScript) 48 months of experience working with business analysts and interpreting requirements 36 months of experience with version control systems 12 months of development experience in Oracle Service Cloud formally known as RightNow version 2012-current including RightNow Query Language, Custom Object Deployment, Workspace/WorkFlow Development, Agent Scripting, Custom Process Model, Business Rules, Add-ins, Widgets, and experience with developing in a Multi-Site Environment. https://cloud.oracle.com/en_US/opc/service-cloud Responsibilities The consultant will be performing tasks day to day including: Understand project goals and objectives. Work with business analysts to understand requirements. Design, author, and develop business rules based on requirements using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA). OPA rule/data modeling including testing and debugging. Forms development based on rule creation in OPA. Modify screens in OPA including interview creation. Build and deploy using standard procedures including the Oracle Policy Automation Hub. Provide support as required. Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Work as a peer with other developers. Create documentation and share knowledge with team members.
