Estimated Length: 12 months 37.5 hours/week Critical Requirements Experience with managing project contractor resource management Experience with IT Procurement, Contracts, Budgets and project management (0-3 years) Experience with development and analysis of SOW and RFP preparation and process High accuracy in tracking and reporting on large volumes of data Strong writing and communication skills. Interpersonally skills Required Experience Experience in IT Procurement, 0-3 years Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Able to manage complex data and databases with high degree of accuracy Able to manage and meet multiple competing deadlines Familiarity with budget, and procurement processes/requisition life cycle Qualifications Ability to work within tight deadlines Maintain professionalism and customer service demeanor at all times Ability to multi task Strong proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and management in a mature and tactful manner. Candidates must possess 0-3 years of IT Recruitment, RFP preparation, budget understanding, and/or procurement experience
