Estimated Length: Open Ended Experience Level: entry- to mid-level The Contractor should be able to demonstrate the following skills: Mandatory Experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, Apex Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools Bachelor’s Degree (or an Associates degree with compensating experience) in Computer Science or similar STEM degree Excellent communication and analytical skills Close attention to detail Preferred Salesforce Certified Administrator 2+ years Salesforce experience Tasks Continuing customization and development of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations via configuration (Clicks not Code) Working with management, business SME's and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers Maintain Users, Profiles and Roles Database de-duping and cleanup Development of reports and dashboards Ongoing documentation Develop and implement training for users Communicate future Salesforce releases and enhancements Provide help and support for internal and external users Work and time tracking via a Jira-based ticketing system
