Estimated Length: 6 months 40 hours per week with a mandatory unpaid lunch PREFERRED EDUCATION Technical Degree and/or Bachelors Degress QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate should have litigation skills such as document review and organization, preparation for depositions, familiarity with investigatory procedures, competency in excel, research on the Internet, experience with e-discovery and compiling motion papers. We also expect the candidate to be organized and have very good interpersonal skills. An ideal candidate would have a technical degree/certificate, a Bachelors Degree or extensive experience as a legal assistant.
