Estimated Length: 4 months Full-Time M-F 8 am-4pm Minimum Qualifications High School diploma. Ability to communicate clearly in English, both oral and written. 12 months experience with basic computer knowledge and use. 3-12 months of desktop support experience. 3-12 months customer service experience. Duties to Include Assist with the upgrade of desktops and laptops from the Windows 7 operating system to the Windows 10 operating system. Imaging and configuration of the new operating system. Completing and delivering a minimum of 2 machines per day to staff. Lifting monitors and all-in-one desktops (approximately 20 pounds), and crawling under desks to plug in cables and complete installs.
